Max (Kabir) Gossland Co-Founder

Kabir 1Max Gossland was born in Ireland and traveled extensively in Europe and North Africa as a child with his family. This experience helped to establish his passion for expeditions and the discovery of wild places. Since qualifying as an outdoor instructor and NLP Practitioner, Max has been involved in teaching and facilitating young people and adults at different levels, including; facilitating developmental projects, producing graded and assessed climbing courses and creating and managing multi-activity programmes. He is a qualified Mountain Leader and has led overseas expeditions to South East Asia, India, Costa Rica, Morocco, Mongolia & China. Max loves being in the outdoors and has enjoyed canoeing long distance journeys through waterways in Scotland and Norfolk, climbing extensively in Britain and on the Continent and mountain biking in the hills of Wales.

 

Qudra Goodall Co-Founder

Q climbingQudra Goodall grew up living abroad in countries such as the UAE, Turkey, India and Spain, acquiring a knowledge of other cultures, developing linguistic skills and establishing her love of travel and exploration. After qualifying as an outdoor instructor she worked as an environmental and activities tutor in Scotland and Norfolk, and has assisted on expeditions in the Alpujarras Mountains in Spain and to Kilimanjaro and Tanzania. After completing a degree in International Politics and Spanish, Qudra worked for Women for Women International in London, where she organised an expedition to Everest Base Camp. Her love of the outdoors means you’ll find her walking out in all weathers, she enjoys mountain walking, wild swimming, canoeing and cycling.

 

Israh Goodall

Motivated by her desire for exploration and connection to people and wild places Israh has traveled extensively.  Her journeys have included travelling the Silk Road, trekking in New Zealand, the Middle East, Central America and Europe, and recently she completed the Pacific Crest Trial, a six month trek through wilderness from Mexico to Canada. She is a qualified Mountain Leader and trained in Outdoor Environmental Education, and has lead expeditions in the UK and Africa. As a trained Midwife she has worked with remote tribes in the Afar region of Ethiopia and in Zanzibar’s government and bush hospitals. Her passion for the world and the outdoors began as a child living in Arabia, India, Turkey and Spain and she spends every available moment of her free time walking, climbing, canoeing and kayaking.
